The HR department Ltd specialises in HR compliance for small and medium sized organisations that do not warrant an in-house HR expert/manager.
- We will audit your company to assess your compliance with over 30 pieces of employment legislation.
- We will design contracts of employment for your staff, along with a company handbook, which will detail all policies and procedures that you need to ensure your workplace is defended against possible employment disputes.
- We will coach a designated individual in your company in the practice of all employment policies and procedures.
- We will also provide a service where you can call us if you have any queries in relation to the procedures.
- As required, we will amend and refine your company handbook with new legislation or industry best practice, so you can rest assured that your workplace is always compliant.
On-site HR solutions
Sometimes companies are too small to warrant a full time HR Manager, but too large not to have an expert at hand.
As HR consultants, the HR Department Ltd offers additional services to our larger corporate clients.
If you are too small to warrant a full time HR Manager but yet require an expert on site on a part-time basis, we will provide a HR consultant to you for a number of days per week, at a fraction of the cost of employing a full-time HR Professional.
If you require expertise in a particular area of HR, but again do not require a full-time, permanent member of staff, we will provide you with a specialist in that area.
