David Bell, managing director



David qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has worked primarily as an in-house solicitor for companies ranging from a start up company to a major food company listed on the Irish and UK stock exchanges. During that time he provided legal advice to the board of Directors, business managers and other staff in a wide range of areas including compliance with statutory requirements, particularly in the area of Employment Law.

In addition to David Bell, the HR Department has a team of experienced HR professionals who assist clients in the development of a strategic approach to HR issues and the establishment of HR processes. This team of professionals also provide the comprehensive audit and implementation service to our clients.

Joyce Rigby-Jones



Joyce has a BA Moderatorship in Psychology, Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Joyce has worked as an independent consultant for the HR Department since 2007 and she has over 20 years experience in the area of Human Resources. Joyce has worked and held senior management positions for such companies as Glaxo Wellcome, Ericsson, Marconi, and has considerable experience in the financial services and bio-pharmaceutical sectors.

Cathy McGrady



Cathy is a Barrister at Law, with a Diploma in Legal Studies, a M. Sc in Work and Organisational from Dublin City University and a BA in Psychology from UCD. Cathy has worked as an independent consultant for the HR Department since 2007 and has over 10 years experience in the area of Human Resources and worked for such companies as Dimco, Lucent Technologies, DHL Express (Ireland) Limited and Maybin Support Services Limited.

Geraldine Downing



Geraldine has worked as an independent consultant for the HR Department since 2003 and has over 18 years experience as an HR professional in many aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development. Geraldine worked for 10 years as HR Manager in the software industry and more recently has provided consultancy services to a broad range of business both large and small in the following sectors Service, Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Leisure and Healthcare.
